Another reason for a party in October is Mad Hatter's Day! The official date is October 6th because of the classic Alice in Wonderland illustration showing a slip of paper tucked into the Mad Hatter's hat that reads 10/6. It is a day to celebrate the silly, the unusual, and the absurd. The Mad Hatter enjoyed many a cup of tea and we hope he would be delighted to see our exhibit of unusual tea cups and tea pots, on loan from members of the Concordia community. You can vote for the best and the winner will receive a tea-themed gift basket!
